Class details

Traditional Ashtanga Yoga classes

Classes are Mysore-style, which means that each practitioner does their own practice at their own pace and according to their ability.  Classes are not led.  This is how Ashtanga Yoga was traditionally and is still taught in Mysore, India.  Mysore-style practice enables practitioners to progress in their practice at their own pace such that beginners and advanced practitioners can practise in the same room together.  It allows for a quiet, meditative practice with little external noise or distraction during the class.

Suzanne provides full instruction to new practitioners, and guidance, assistance and adjustments as practitioners progress.
